Group Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Planning Director to join our team at EssenceMediacom. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for developing breakthrough strategies across a range of clients.
As a Group Planning Director, you will be the story teller, connecting all the dots, defining the idea, and architecting systems. You will work closely with our business leadership team to deliver on client objectives and collaborate with marketplace counterparts to execute ideas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute media strategies across multiple clients
- Work with data to pull actionable insights and translate them into planning lead implications/optimisations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research on media effectiveness and its impact on growth
- Build and optimise reach using planning tools and translate audiences into segments for activation
- Collaborate with implementation teams to translate strategy into actionable plans for brands
- Ensure delivery of a digital solution relevant to the client's business/brand
- Build key relationships with client stakeholders in marketing, planning, and strategy
- Share thought leadership on media planning effectiveness with client teams
