Group Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Planning Director to join our team at Essence Mediacom. As a key member of our strategy team, you will work closely with our business leadership team to deliver marketing breakthroughs for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media solutions that drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including adidas, Bayer, Dell, Google, Mars, PlayStation, The Coca-Cola Company, and Uber.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute breakthrough strategies across multiple clients
- Work closely with our strategy team to deliver on client objectives
- Collaborate with marketplace counterparts to execute ideas
- Develop and optimize reach using planning tools
- Build and maintain key relationships with client stakeholders
- Share thought leadership on media planning effectiveness
- Strong base of knowledge across all media channels
- Comfortable working with data and pulling actionable insights
- Ability to build and optimize reach using planning tools
- In-depth understanding of the latest research on media effectiveness
- Experience in audience and signal planning
