We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Cocktail Bartender – Mixologist at a world-class venue in Sydney's CBD.
This esteemed whisky bar is part of Australia's largest Japanese dining precinct, offering an immersive hospitality experience that blends craftsmanship and storytelling with unforgettable guest experiences.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities- Create and serve an extensive range of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on our curated whisky selection, including tasting notes, regions, and pairings.
- Guide guests through whisky flights and other spirit-forward experiences.
- Maintain expert knowledge of bar ingredients, techniques, and drink trends.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all beverages served.
- Proven experience in a cocktail-focused bar or premium hospitality venue.
- Sound knowledge of whisky (Japanese, Scotch, and other global styles) and confidence in educating guests.
- Strong cocktail-making skills, with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Genuine interest in spirits, hospitality trends, and ongoing learning.
