What We Look for in a Care Worker:

  • You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to support our customers.
  • You are able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers and their families.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • You are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, with a willingness to seek support from your Manager when needed.
