As an experienced Estimator and Project Lead, you will provide strategic estimating leadership and key client engagement across various projects and sectors. You will oversee the end-to-end estimating process on a project, directing the production of technical deliverables and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the estimating process and produce technical deliverables with industry expertise.
- Manage and deliver work across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement Project Execution Plans and identify potential financial risks.
- Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
- Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
- Australian citizenship is preferred.
- Tertiary degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or project management.
- Experience in quantity surveying or first-principles estimating.
