About the Role:
The Occupational Therapy Team is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join their team. As an Occupational Therapy Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services to clients across various environments.
You will work closely with your team to ensure effective service delivery, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the development of training programs and quality assurance reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering clinical services
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Contribute to quality assurance reports and feedback
- Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A vehicle and driver's licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
