We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care services.

About the Role

  • Deliver safe, timely and accurate pharmacy services across diverse areas of the hospital, including wards, dispensary, compounding, cancer care, clinical trials, distribution and Hospital-in-the-Home.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to review, dispense, compound and check medicines to ensure optimal patient care and flow.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a supportive learning environment for colleagues and students.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and access departmental education programs to enhance your career.

About You

  • You must be registered as a practicing pharmacist with AHPRA (or eligible for registration within 3 months) and hold a current unencumbered driver's license.
  • Demonstrate effective clinical drug knowledge and competence in its application to achieve safe and efficient quality of care.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Show initiative in managing a complex workload, problem-solving and applying innovative work practices.
