About the Role
FinXL is a leading IT professional services organization, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a key role in providing technical advice and expertise to support the development and implementation of technical solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review detailed technical designs, bills of materials, and client proposals to meet customer needs.
- Provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and technical feasibility of solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
- Provide technical thought leadership and mentoring to the delivery team.
- Recommend strategies for input to the business plan.
- Communicate customer needs and utilize and coordinate all available resources to ensure appropriate solutions are provided.
- Provide ongoing strategic technical direction to the customer and act as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Provide high levels of customer service and resolve problems/issues with the customer in a constructive manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years of pre-sales/embedded architect experience.
- Experience in developing detailed customer technical designs, bills of materials, and client proposals.
- Experience in providing high-level technical advice and expertise to support the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Experience in a managed solutions environment, including maintaining large corporate networks.
- Expertise in managing diverse technical solutions.
- Detailed understanding of one or more of the following technology areas: Genesys, NICE CXone, Voice Biometrics, Session Border Controllers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to question current processes and status quo and devise improvements.
- Takes ownership of issues.
- Solid business ethics.
