Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of Oracle Netsuite implementation. The successful candidate will oversee the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design, to development, testing and deployment.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning and execution of the project, including defining project scope, goals, timeline and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate into technical specifications for the implementation team.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between stakeholders, implementation team (external vendor) and Technology team.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges and risk management plans.
  • Identify potential risks or issues early in the project lifecycle and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Ensure the implementation meets quality standards through thorough testing and validation.
  • Oversee the testing phase, ensuring any defects are resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate training for users on the new system.
  • Provide post-implementation support.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in system integration.
  • Extensive Project Management experience.
  • Oracle Netsuite experience.
