Key Responsibilities- Provide educational leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Develop and implement school-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Principal and other school leaders to develop and implement the school's strategic plan.
- Lead and manage the Early Childhood Education team to ensure effective implementation of the school's business and operational plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to promote the school's vision and goals.
