We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Strategic Educational Leader to join our team as a Deputy Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative individual to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes and contribute to the success of our school community.


As a Deputy Principal, you will play a crucial role in providing educational leadership and supporting the Principal in achieving our school's vision and goals. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and the wider community to foster a culture of high expectations, promote positive relationships, and drive sustainable change towards improving whole-school performance.


The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes. They will also have a high level of professional knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure a high level of educational outcomes for all students, including Aboriginal students, students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and students with special needs.


Salary: $123,756 - $143,429 per annum, based on a 38-hour working week, plus superannuation


This is a permanent, full-time position. The salary range is based on the Western Australian Public Sector (WAPS) Band 3 salary structure.

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
  • Hold registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia.
  • Obtain a valid Working With Children Check and consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
