Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our expanding mental health service. This role will provide community-based care to young people up to 17 years old, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
">Key Responsibilities- To assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
- To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-informed and therapeutic approaches.
- To work closely with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced Certificate of Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing effective, high-quality mental health services in a psychiatry setting.
- Sound knowledge of psychiatry encompassing biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, inclusively, and respectfully.
