Lead Sydney Pastry Production Teams

We are seeking a Senior Cdp Leader to inspire and guide our pastry production teams. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will take on hands-on and leadership responsibilities - ensuring product consistency, operational efficiency, and a positive culture in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leading of BOH operations to meet daily and weekly production schedules
  • Oversee and work as part of a team to maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Contribute hands-on to pastry production, following recipes and production schedules with precision
  • Train, coach, and performance-manage team members
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Foster a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in a kitchen and strong culinary skills
  • Resilience, accountability, confidence, and flexibility
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for pastry and alignment with company values
