  • About the Role:
  • Under the supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality direct resident care that supports their dignity and addresses their social, physical, cultural, and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
  2. Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve excellent outcomes and meet the unique needs of each resident.
  3. Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant aged care qualification (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to contribute positively to the team and provide exceptional service to residents.
  • Ability to manage daily duties efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge and ability to care for the social, spiritual, and cultural needs of residents.
  • Employees must qualify to work in Australia. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an NDIS worker screening check.
