We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse in one of our aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluating resident needs and developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Providing high-level clinical care, including assessment, treatment, and support for residents with complex medical needs.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Supervising and mentoring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional patient care.
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in aged care or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with residential care computer systems is a plus.
