Job Title:

The role of Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator is a dynamic position that requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

This job involves assisting in coordinating overall store operations, ensuring the store and workshop areas are organized and maintained. Key responsibilities include receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods and deliveries, preparing and packing orders for dispatch, conducting regular stock takes, and assisting with stock control procedures.

The successful candidate will also deliver and collect parts as required, ensure accurate documentation and handling, process stock requests, and assist with ordering parts and inventory replenishment.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and documentation is a key responsibility of this role. This includes tracking inventory levels, processing inventory movements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Logistics Trainee must ensure all activities comply with company health and safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:
  • A keen interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Drive, Excel)
  • First knowledge of SAP is useful
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
  • A forklift license would be an advantage
  • A valid driver's license is requested
