**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team based in Marsden Park. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the inventory of medical supplies, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and efficient distribution. Your primary goal will be to optimize inventory levels, minimize shortages, and maintain seamless operations.

As the Inventory Coordinator, you will:

- Maintain accurate levels of inventory within the WMS and physical inventory within the warehouse
- Control and manage cycle counting as well as stock takes when required or as per SLA/KPI
- Support the Operations Manager on tasks, including, DIFOT, investigating and processing customer claims/stock returns and escalation of issues
- Perform all tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, including record keeping in compliance with Good Documentation Practice and undertaking training as required
- Contribute to improvement of systems, processes and standards, and to the sustainability in safety and environmental performance.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive Inventory management experience within a warehouse management system (2+ years minimum)
- Understanding of the Healthcare industry, and the balance between commercial, operational and functional requirements highly regarded
- Extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in JDA and SAP highly regarded
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others
