Warehouse Coordinator

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities across various areas, including Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting, based on direction from Operations management.
  • Ensure effective communication with the assigned team and support teams.
  • Improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Delivery speed and accuracy.
  • Inventory accuracy and control.
  • Safety performance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate-level work experience.
  • Logistics and warehousing experience preferred, including 3PL provider management.
  • Certification to operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery.
  • A High Risk License (Forklift).

  • Warehouse Operations - Utilizing warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

Additional Information:

  • 38 hour workweek.
  • Monday to Friday, Day shift, plus Saturday mornings.
