Product Visionary Role

A seasoned Product Manager is needed to spearhead the launch of a rapidly growing FinTech startup's MVP and drive its subsequent growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a collaborative team to refine the product strategy, execute on the roadmap, and deliver tangible value to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and launch of the MVP, spearheading product strategy from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, quality assurance, DevOps, UI, and marketing) to scale the product.
  • Continuously prioritise, refine, and execute on product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the product remains compliant with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, KYC, AML).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • In-depth understanding of product development.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to prioritise and execute product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
