  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on income-producing and development assets.
  • Assisting on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects.
  • Offering vendor and acquisition due diligence services for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, effective report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation as a Chartered Property Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
