About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope solutions and deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions, such as psychological risk reviews, proactive wellbeing programs, and capability development.
  • Bring together mental health expertise with analytic and commercial skills to have a measurable impact on performance and wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.

Requirements

  • Experience consulting to organisations in mental health and wellbeing, workplace psychology, and related HR / OHS fields.
  • An unrelenting passion to create a better work environment in organisations and support people in their psychological wellbeing.
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating a range of workplace strategies, solutions, and mental health topics to individuals, leaders, and teams.
  • Qualification in Psychology, Social Work (Mental Health Accreditation is preferred for Social Workers), or related degree.
  • Registration with relevant industry body is desirable.
