Key Responsibilities
- Scope solutions and deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions, such as psychological risk reviews, proactive wellbeing programs, and capability development.
- Bring together mental health expertise with analytic and commercial skills to have a measurable impact on performance and wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.

- Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating a range of workplace strategies, solutions, and mental health topics to individuals, leaders, and teams.
- Qualification in Psychology, Social Work (Mental Health Accreditation is preferred for Social Workers), or related degree.
- Registration with relevant industry body is desirable.
