**Job Title:** Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the quoting and ordering process, manage supplier communication, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and confidence using digital systems.

  • Manage customer and builder enquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare accurate quotes for curtains, blinds, and related products using our internal system.
  • Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate order and installation progress to customers clearly and proactively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any order or scheduling issues with professionalism.
  • Support showroom appointments and guide customers through product selection.
