Senior Culinary Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Culinary Leader to spearhead our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, including seasonal and special dishes.
  • Create new culinary experiences and contribute to menu innovation.
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Hospitality Management and at least 3 years of full-time experience as a Chef, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
