Project Engineer Opportunity

Job Description

This role involves supporting the delivery of remediation and façade projects in Queensland. As a Project Engineer, you will work on diverse remedial projects across the state, delivering technically challenging solutions while building strong project and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of remedial projects across structures, concrete repair, protective coatings, waterproofing, and other asset rehabilitation works.
  • Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and monitor quality assurance requirements.
  • Support project documentation, including procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline). Previous site-based experience (remedial or civil works preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Queensland for project delivery.
