We're seeking an exceptional individual who will lead from the front and drive strategic excellence across individual giving channels. As our Fundraising and Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies, managing a team and external partners, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and donor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective fundraising plans that engage and retain individual donors.
  • To manage a team and external partners to deliver high-quality results and meet fundraising targets.
  • To analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance and donor experiences.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing and/or communications or equivalent level of experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a related role, preferably in fundraising and engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in acquisition and retention/stewardship of individual donors.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-channel direct marketing/fundraising campaigns and integrating across multiple channels.
  • Experience in negotiation and ongoing management of external suppliers.
  • Strong numerical ability and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
