Job Title: Cancer Care Specialist


Job Description:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement safe and evidence-based practice guidelines for chemotherapy and related treatments, ensuring seamless integration of care delivery.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among healthcare staff, to maintain clinical competence and optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, taking into account individual preferences and needs, to promote holistic well-being and optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and preferences, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise to inform care decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:
