We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team as a Participation Coordinator.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving participation growth in the region, with a targeted approach to participant recruitment by delivering football programs in schools and clubs.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • To drive football participation growth in the region through targeted participant recruitment and delivery of programs in schools and clubs.">
  • To increase the number of football centres across the region, focused on building relationships with schools.">
  • To conduct promotional activities to meet participation targets, including school assemblies, clinics and other promotional events.">
  • To ensure each program is delivered in line with the program curriculum and all participants can participate in a safe, friendly & fun environment.">
  • To implement transition and retention strategies from football programs to junior club football.">
  • To deliver high-quality school football competitions and programs.">
  • To liaise with and influence teachers, schools, and other program stakeholders.">
  • To organise football player visits and fan engagement opportunities.">
  • To work closely with junior community clubs to build inclusive, sustainable environments and pathways, including enhancing player recruitment, retention and transition.">
  • To lead by example with the input of data into CRM systems.">
  • To contribute to key projects within and outside of core role and support the success of the broader team.">

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is well-developed in verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation skills. A fun and enthusiastic nature with a passion for working with children is essential.
