Job Title: Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a talented Data Insights Manager to bolster our risk and compliance capabilities, ensuring we stay resilient, safe, and ready for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that enhances risk management and compliance across all levels of our organization.
  • Maintain a robust data governance framework, guaranteeing data quality, integrity, and adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret risk and compliance data, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making and enhance overall performance.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate key indicators to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve risk identification and compliance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • A degree in information technology, data science, computer science, business administration, or equivalent field.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment.
  • A strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and boards.
