About the Role:
The Data Insights Manager plays a vital role in collaborating with the leadership team to drive data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include maintaining, importing, and processing of data within the Clinical Costing System for all facilities. They must ensure data accuracy through regular reviews and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining, importing, and processing data within the Clinical Costing System.
- Conduct regular reviews and timely audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with feeder system managers or users to improve data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy for submission.
- Provide activity and Clinical Costing information to benchmarking groups.
- Audit and revise Relative Value Units for Intermediate Products.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrated knowledge and skills in maintaining Clinical Costing Systems. Additionally, you should be capable of responding to requests by interpreting and gathering information using SQL queries. A high level of analytical problem-solving, statistical gathering techniques, and critical evaluation skills are essential.
