Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Insights Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analytics and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that enhances risk management and compliance capabilities across the organization.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret risk and compliance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve risk identification and compliance monitoring.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools to effectively communicate key risk and compliance indicators to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University-level qualifications in information technology, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and boards.
