Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to lead the design and implementation of marketing effectiveness reporting. This role involves managing overall Marketing, Membership and Digital reporting, membership reporting and analysis, campaign reporting and insights, and leading the implementation of a media mix model and full funnel modelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Connecting marketing analytics to business results across customer and member segments to inform better experience design
- Working closely with Analytics and Optimisation Specialists in Marketing, Membership and Digital to stitch together data - and uphold data integrity
- Collaborating with Technology to ensure required system and data access is in place

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business field with a focus on marketing, data or statistics
  • Information management tools eg Excel, budget management, Tableau
  • Experience in management reporting design and dashboards
