Lead CX Strategy Manager

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the Customer Experience (CX) team in Sydney, Australia.
About the RoleThis is a diverse and highly visible role that requires a strong aptitude for building partnerships through trust-building and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at every level of the business.
Main Responsibilities- Lead new business launches and work on defect elimination and CX improvements for a portfolio/category of the Australia business from a customer service perspective.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, relentlessly advocating for customers with business partners and manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives.
- Interface with Retail teams, Business Program teams, Customer Service Operations teams, and contribute to making Customer Service a differentiator for Amazon Australia.
We are looking for a seasoned program manager with 6+ years of experience in managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is around AU$160,000 per year, including participation in the company stock plan and benefits such as subsidized private health insurance, superannuation, and paid parental leave options.
