Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Full Time Bar Attendant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support in the gaming areas, including behind the bar.

This position requires adaptability and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, with weekend and public holiday availability being essential. Late evening work is also highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service and assistance in the gaming areas and behind the bar.
  • Operate TAB and KENO systems, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Prepare and serve beverages from the bar.
  • Liaise with customers and staff members, handling queries and concerns.
  • Assist staff with day-to-day functions and duties.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current RSA and RSG certifications.
  • Experience in KENO and TAB (not essential).
  • Bartending experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
