Job OverviewThe Bar Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in our food and beverage service.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise team members to ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Train and monitor Food and Beverage Attendants to meet service standards.
- Ensure accurate recording and verification of team members' time records.
- Supervise daily outlet operations, providing assistance where required.
- Maintain efficient operating procedures for point of sale cashiering computer systems.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain a high level of cleanliness and care of equipment.
- Develop training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions.
- Attend scheduled meetings and monitor outlets' manpower and control costs.
As an Accor ambassador, the Bar Supervisor will enhance the company's image and market reputation by representing Accor to key suppliers and partners.
