Speech Pathology Role Overview
The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position involves providing speech pathology services to clients across various age groups, including paediatrics, adults, and the aged-care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paediatric outpatients (approximately 80% of the caseload)
- Adult outpatients
- Ward-based services, covering acute and subacute wards
- Aged-care facility
Requirements:
- Sound advanced clinical assessment and analysis skills and knowledge, and ability to implement indicated treatments for individuals and groups
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Understanding of relevant accreditation and funding systems, and ability to manage continuous improvement portfolio
What We Offer:
- FREE accommodation
- Travel reimbursement up to $200
Roster Details:
- 64-72 hours per fortnight
- Monday to Friday 0830-1700
Professional Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification as a Speech Pathologist with membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Post Graduate clinical qualification(s) in speciality area of practice
About This Opportunity:
