Business Transformation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to drive business transformation and strategic planning engagements for our customers.

This role blends deep functional & technical expertise with business consulting skills to help senior business leaders design and implement enterprise-wide planning solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in large-scale SaaS cloud projects.

  • Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
  • Serve as SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
  • Recommend and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solutions.
  • Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process, and change management principles.
  • Guide customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and subject matter expert in planning transformation across finance, supply chain, and other business functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Business administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in management or business consulting, enterprise planning transformation, or strategic solution advisory.
  • Strong track record in advising organisations on business performance improvement and change enablement.
  • Skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders to address complex organisational challenges.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic solution designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in enterprise planning, forecasting, or performance management processes (EPM experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working across industries, adapting frameworks to different organisational contexts.
