Roundtree Search has exclusively partnered with a leading advisory firm that has been responsible for some of Australia's largest CRE transactions in the past 5 years. No other firm has been exposed to a comparable volume of transactions of this size.

The firm is based in Sydney and maintains global capital partnerships investing into the region. They are well known for advising institutional platforms on large-scale transactions across alternative (living) and commercial real estate asset classes, which typically involve:

  • Joint Venture Acquisitions/Developments
  • M&A
  • Capital Raising

We are seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to expand the Investment team. With a high volume of transactions involving prestigious REITs, private investors, and global institutional investors, this is an excellent time to join the team.

The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

  • Building and maintaining financial models for property assets, portfolios, and corporate transactions.
  • Conducting detailed valuation and investment analysis.
  • Preparing pitch materials, investment committee reports, and deal execution documents.
  • Coordinating with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders across the APAC region.

This is a rare opportunity suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in fields such as:

  • Investment Banking
  • Corporate / Capital Transactions
  • Fund Analytics
  • Development Analytics
  • Real Estate Law
