Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to lead our Robina Centre team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team, and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
