Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing expertise and advice in specialist areas to support the Agency's programs and activities.
- Contribute to the development of policy and procedural documents, briefs, and strategy documents.
- Provide administrative support and maintenance of internal systems and reporting functions.
- Assist with internal and external stakeholder relationships, achieving work area and agency goals.
- Manage and complete administrative functions for operational support roles within the work area.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can work in a high-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective planning, scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills.
The successful candidate will also have experience in recruitment coordination, inbox management, and maintaining spreadsheets and working with SharePoint. Additionally, they will have a good understanding of procurement and contracts.
What We Offer- A 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday.
- Deakin, ACT location + hybrid working from home options.
- $55.24 per hour + Super.
