Job Title: Clinical Informatics Specialist - Digital Pathology

Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Informatics Specialist - Digital Pathology to deliver education and drive growth of Digital Pathology solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and providing training materials as part of the training schedule
  • Providing (re-)training of customers on new releases and versions of operating procedures
  • Demonstrating product value propositions to prospective customers
  • Driving product growth by providing expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Conducting workflow analysis and advising customers on optimal product configuration
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify leads and promote products at customer sites and events
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues through appropriate channels
  • Liaising with the business unit to report software bugs and customer recommendations

Requirements include a preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, ideally with an Anatomical Pathology clinical background, and prior experience in a Healthcare IT product-specialized role. Required skills include: project management, workflow optimization, and software implementation.
