Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to drive excellence in testing and champion quality outcomes across our transformation projects.

This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing robust test strategies, leading and mentoring testing teams, and ensuring our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and implementing robust test strategies to drive quality outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring testing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage defects and lead triage discussions.
  • Mentoring teams, running workshops, and exploring automation to boost efficiency.
RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years' experience in a Test/Quality Assurance Lead role on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organisation.
  • 3 or more years' experience working within business transformation, ideally in a lead position.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Software Testing life Cycle.
  • History of working with external partners/system integrators and teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience in appropriate work tools e.g. JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, BrowserStack.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
