Job Title: Test Lead

We're seeking a dynamic professional to champion testing excellence across transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.

This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing robust test strategies, leading and mentoring testing teams, and ensuring software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

A typical day for a Test Lead includes aligning with cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and guiding testing efforts across transformation and improvement projects.

You'll refine test plans, develop cases, and execute tests to ensure software meets the highest standards. Collaboration with stakeholders, managing defects, and leading triage discussions will keep everything running smoothly.

As a Test Lead, you'll have opportunities to mentor teams, run workshops, and explore automation to boost efficiency. Reporting progress, updating documentation, and celebrating wins big and small are all part of the job.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Test/Quality Assurance Lead role on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organization. A strong background in software testing, leadership, and team management is essential. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, BrowserStack, and CRM applications like Salesforce is highly desirable.
