">Test Lead Position

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving excellence in testing and championing quality across our transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement robust test strategies to ensure software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • Lead and mentor testing teams to drive quality outcomes and shape strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage defects, and lead triage discussions to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Refine test plans, develop cases, and execute tests to ensure software meets the highest standards.
  • Mentor teams, run workshops, and explore automation to boost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years' experience in a Test/Quality Assurance Lead role (or similar) on large programs of change.
  • 3 or more years' experience working within business transformation, ideally in a lead position.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Software Testing life Cycle.
  • History of working with external partners / system integrators and teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience in appropriate work tools e.g. JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, BrowserStack.
  • Experience in test automation and associated software e.g. Selenium.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Information Systems or Information Technology, or related field.
  • Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum).
  • Experience in CRM applications e.g. Salesforce.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the not-for-profit sector and/or NDIS.
