Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at our Fountain Gate restaurant in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Deliver high-quality dishes within our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through solid kitchen operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment where colleagues can thrive, with a focus on providing correct training and development opportunities.
  • Kitchen Management: Effectively manage kitchen operations, adhering to Australian legal requirements and maintaining thorough cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef, preferably with a certificate in Commercial Cookery.
  • Attitude and Work Ethic: Energetic attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our brand standards, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and food hygiene procedures.
  • Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Australia.
