About You:

You will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef, with a strong passion for providing exceptional quality food and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be a team player with a strong work ethic, energetic attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired but not essential)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
