Executive Chef

We're looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at TGI Fridays Fountain Gate restaurant.

• Produce high-quality food that meets our KPI targets.
• Ensure solid kitchen operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and deliver our famous TGI Friday's food in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Train and develop team members to ensure their success.
• Contribute to the overall business performance by adhering to our brand standards and Australian legal requirements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef.
• Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.
• Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
