RANGE DEVELOPMENT

Create Buying Boards, line sheets, and maintain range plans Share updated range details with local and international teams Collaborate with various business functions regarding sample management for key meetings and the progression of ranges to final store execution Responsible for generating Purchase Orders Order and follow up on PR samples, assisting marketing with campaign visuals and concession styles Prepare samples for online shoots and assist with styling

PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT

Participate in fittings and maintain an up-to-date Production Tracker. Facilitate weekly production meetings with the broader team to monitor product progress and ensure timely delivery of ranges. Address any production challenges that may impact on-time delivery to stores. Engage in price negotiations and confirm delivery schedules.

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

Manage AP21/ Maple/ Range Plan systems Generate EANS, price tags, and communicate with stores regarding any product or pricing modifications Support Buying administration and oversee processes to ensure accurate product information is delivered to stores. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share all relevant information.

Previous retail experience is essential, with some background in supporting a buying team Strong analytical skills, numerical precision, and meticulous attention to detail Flexible and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
