Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Influencer Contract Manager to oversee and manage all contractual agreements with influencers. This role will ensure that all contracts align with our business goals and comply with legal standards while fostering positive relationships with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with influencers, ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties.
  • Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams to align contracts with overall business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to facilitate smooth contract execution and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with influencer agreements and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and contract management.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes related to contracts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the influencer marketing space.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with legal terms and conditions related to contracts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
