Customer Service Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Relationship Manager to lead our APAC Fulfilment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and management of inventory and outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Fulfilment Team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers to gather forecasts and sales leads
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate monthly reconciliations and stock levels
  • Oversee the order process to ensure all orders are received and processed
  • Liaise with 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements and product demand
  • Reconcile third-party service invoicing and assist with customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and logistics management
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
