About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Assess customer needs and provide them with financial solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in community events and activities to build relationships with customers and promote the bank's products and services.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
